Nahoon Beach closes after shark sighting in kuGompo City

Bathers and beachgoers must stay out of the water until further notice, as a precaution. Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality said officials will issue a notice when the beach reopens.

The beach closed on Saturday after a shark was sighted. Municipal spokesperson Luzuko Buku spoke for Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality.

Nahoon Beach is in kuGompo City, in the Eastern Cape.
