Four people, two of them children, shot dead in Mangaung home

Police found three bodies in an RDP house in Grassland 2 after a distress call at about 8.10am on Wednesday. A four-year-old boy was taken to hospital and later died.

Police from Bloemspruit responded to the call about a shooting. They found the bodies of a 35-year-old man, a 33-year-old woman and a 15-year-old girl. Police said the man was inside the house and the woman was in the lounge. The girl was in a bed.

The shooting happened in Bloemfontein on the morning of voting day. Experts from the local Criminal Record Centre processed the scene.
